Stereotypes like- ‘don’t keep your inverters inside as they don’t look good’ or ‘kids can get themselves in trouble because of its cables’ are old because now; this has been introduced. Hello friends today I will make you out of the box, review and check out the Luminous Icon 1100. We would appreciate your help.
Let’s start with our unboxing from the box. Don't forget to look at the pros and cons in the end.
Luminous Icon 1100
People often keep inverters out of hiding places. But Luminous had made this inverter so attractive that you could place it anywhere in the room.
- Speaking of appearance,
- The batteries will be housed inside the inverter.
- This can be handled anywhere easily due to the wheels and this is very easy.
Let's keep the battery inside for testing.
- I have chosen a Luminous' Life-Max 150Ah battery with a 75-month warranty. It does not support batteries as low as 150Ah and over 200Ah. It only supports long tubular batteries.
- After saving the batteries, just make a good and bad connection. When we close the door, no one will know that there is a battery inside. There is no problem with its connection.
- Before I examine it mechanically, let me tell you some things. It is a pure Sin Wave Inverter 900VA and its maximum load capacity is 756W.
- It has an efficiency of 80% to 82% (good).
- Supports fast charging from 90V.
- The inverter charges the discharged battery immediately for backup.
Now let’s understand these LEDs.
- Its green indicator showed that great energy was illuminated. This light indicates that the battery is charging. This light shows the ECO or UPS mode.

Let’s talk about the pros and cons.
- This is a good solid inverter with built-in but no grip handle.
- I encountered a problem after inserting the battery into it. According to Luminous, you will not have to move it over and over again because once the connection is set up, then there will be no output. I think they are right but I share what I see. Only 1 batter is used on it and this is author and con.
- If you want a single battery inverter, this is a nice clip that can be decorated and kept in the room. This will not look bad in the room.
- But if you want a dual battery inverter to back up a lot then this is not right for you. Don't think of this.
- It has a 24V inverter and will suit you.
- Third, you can only use between 150Ah and 220Ah batteries.
- You can usually use 80Ah to 220Ah batteries but not in this case. You should keep in mind that this inverter only supports long tubular batteries.
- This is ideal for people who want to use batteries for about 150Ah and who do not have a suitable storage space or who want to store them in their room. I think it’s a good piece for them.
- The sound levels of this inverter are very low. After turning on and off the pipes its noise levels are reported in the appropriate conditions of 40dB. Its sound levels are controlled which is very good.
- The second link is that there is no pass switch.
- Third and most importantly, there are no types of cables. This is especially important if you have children.
