Best home theatre system in India 2021 |October 2021|

How is this comparison different? Is it available on Youtube? Or on any website? Or a particular Youtube channel for the USA? The answer is no. Today I will show you a unique comparison that is nowhere to be found. Hello friends, my name is Vineet and today I will tell you the best home theatre system in India 2021. I will compare the two. One is a market leader and the other a newcomer. This review is completely different from the reviews and audio tests you should have seen because this review shows different comparisons.

Let's see who wins. First, let's talk about the champion of the budget Home theatre -

Sony t-40 Home Theatre

  • It comes with 4 3.15 inch speakers with 10W output each.
  • The front 2 speakers have 10 Ohms impedance and the 2 Surround speakers have 4 ohms impedance.
  • The T40 has a 5-inch subwoofer rated at 40W high output. Its impedance is 4 ohms.
  • At the back of the subwoofer is an electrical outlet, AUX input and input to all 4 satellites.
  • The front has a power switch, function(input) switch, 1 USB input and controls.
  • Songs can be played via Bluetooth but the Bluetooth version is very old- 2.1.
  • This does not pose a problem establishing a connection but if disconnected, it will not automatically connect. You will need to connect it manually.

Obage DT-51

  • I have done the non-registration and its review. But this comparison is difficult for Obage because I liken it to a fixed budget home theatre.
  • This is a tower style home theater program.
  • Reaching Obage has a balanced sound and heavy bass.
  • Both tower speakers have 2 4 and 8 ohms speakers, 2 2.5-inch and 4 ohms tweeters and 2 5.25-inch and 4 ohms subwoofers.
  • The total output of speakers and tweeters is 15W for each tower.
  • The output of the subwoofer is 35W for each tower that includes 100W.
  • Its SNR is 72dB.
  • It has many connection options - AUX input, SD card, USB and Bluetooth. DT-51 has Bluetooth 5.0 version.
  • Input options can be viewed in this display. Enough with looks and specs.

Now let’s make a real comparison with a real audio test.

A small unloading sound is played in the same load, the recording is done in the same volume, using the same microphone and set at the same distance. However, full audio quality will not be available because you get to listen to 90% audio intensity.

Let's divide into 3 categories - low notes (bass), middle notes (words) and high notes (treble).

  • There are 2 types of bass - low and high bass.

During the music recording, 90% of the time the low bass is used and Sony is weak on the low bass. It is powerful in high bass known as 'bass bass'. The bond is strong on low bass and weak on high bass and that is a very good thing. That’s why unnecessary bass in notes can be seen on Sony and Obage provides the right bass in the right place and without the sound of bhumi.

  • Now let's talk about the middle notes or words.

I can't show it on the article for copyright reasons. The songs are recorded with the same mic at the same distance. Let me explain the difference so that you can understand it later when you listen to it.

There are 2 types of middle notes - male voice and female voice. Sony introduces the male voice in a positive way but it is bad to represent the female voice. This is not a problem for Oblige.

  • Let’s talk about very high notes

It is a very important factor that is often overlooked and Sony completely fails in this goal. High notes are incorrect and the instruments are not audible at all. You would not even understand how many instruments were played in a song.

This problem does not exist in Oblige. The reason for this is the tweeter in both towers. Sony does not provide tweeters and their high notes do not fail completely. This is proof of the same proof. This is called the pink sound. Used to test how the Audio system delivers low, medium and high frequency waves.

Let's try to judge the frequency response by playing the pink sound in both programs at the same distance, with the same volume. We will judge it with a frequency analysis app. We take a pink sound with a microphone. It’s not the best but it gives the impression of replying often. I want to highlight the frequency response of both speakers. Sony's high frequency response is very low and Obage's is quite impressive.

Now which home theatre should you buy? If you have a small cafe or gym go to Sony's as it delivers sound evenly across all 4 corners. If you want to enjoy music, and if you want to hear a balanced sound on heavy buses the answer is Obage DT-51.

But how does it provide balanced sound and heavy bass? It is because of the 120W Amplifier and its 100W power. This is a very good combination because if the output of the system is 100W and the power of the Amplifier above: it will always work well with very low distortion. But this is quite the opposite for Sony. Sony's average capacity is 80W and its adapter is 60W. This is the biggest problem and why its sound quality is so poor.

How can the Obage DT-51 be a complete system with or without HDMI and optical input? Friends, you need these ports to cut and paste codecs like Dolby Audio, Dolby Digital or Dolby atmos from TV to music system or tower speaker system. When these Systems do not support such codecs, they do not even need HDMI or optical audio ports. Even Bluetooth-paid Dolby atmos audio only provides stereo sound. That’s why I think the Obage DT-51 is the leading budget system in the home. I will definitely only buy DT-51.
